I'm working now as a server/bartender at blue agave tequila bar/restaurant on Kinzie. The thing that makes the program strong is that it gives you the confidence you need. Greg is a great speaker and really builds confidence in his clientele. Everyone makes fun of you once they know you for attending a school (jokingly) but at the end of the day I'm behind the bar right away and their not so I must be doing something right.
