Not only are you taught basic as well as advanced knowledge of liquors and spirits themselves (which every bartender should know to become great) the hands on experience as well as live simulations of a mid- high volume establishment hones your skills to perfection. In addition, a basic crash course in Mixology furthers the knowledge of which you receive within the course. The course itself is vigorous and not for the weak of heart, knowledge and information which many veteran bartenders took years to learn is crammed into just two weeks at a very fast pace. Trust me when I say no one will babysit you here, you either have the drive and motivation to learn this craft or you don’t, plain and simple.
